


Our Dining Concept
The Diamond Head Luau show displays the different cultures of Polynesia - and we want our guests to experience the same variety with our unique "Food Festival" dinner concept. In partnership with some of the top restaurants and up-and-coming vendors in Hawaiʻi, each guest will receive one (1) ticket to each of our eight (8) vendors' stations to try their signature dishes for a true "taste of Hawaiʻi"
